Surprise visit for Team Super Splash
The Super Splash Heroes had a surprise visit from a special guest in the last week of the summer tour for Northumbrian Water.
A talking water cooler (yes you did read that right!) joined the Super Splash Heroes for their performance at Annfield Plain Junior School in Stanley, County Durham.
The school pupils got a big shock when the water cooler, placed at the side of the stage, started chatting to the Super Splash Heroes half way through the show.
The water cooler helped the Super Splash Heroes to reinforce one of the key messages to the children. That it’s important for them to drink lots of clean, healthy drinking water to help them concentrate at school and stay healthy.
After the show, youngsters enjoyed interacting with the water cooler to give their feedback on what they liked about the show. As well as share all of the new things they had learnt about ways they can save water every day.
Gibber would like to thank Annfield Plain Junior School for a warm welcome and Smooth Radio North East for a fun day filming.
